ANTIPODES

~  ANTIPODES  ~
Scientific Organic Beauty!

You know how I love my beauty cuboard to be overflowing with different brands, products and
options to change up my skincare routine at a moments notice. Hey, a woman has the right to
change her mind whenever she wants, am I right ladies?! ;)

So here I am with another exciting and beautiful brand and two of their products I have chosen to
use to shake up my regular skincare routine of late. Two products which I am proud to use, own
and now share with you as I feel like these deserve some pretty high praise!

Antipodes - Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator
I have mentioned before that I am one of those women who loves exfoliating and will use just
about any type of scrub I can get a hold of because I just love the feeling of freshly scrubbed, smooth
and rejuvenated skin after having scubbed away all of those dead skin cells which build up daily!
So you can imagine how your skin would look and feel if you skipped this vital step in
your skincare routine. Likely, rough, dry and looking uneven and generally dull and unhealthy,
even though there is fresh, new skin just under the surface just dying to shine through.

This particular exfoliator is exceptionally lovely to use because it is super thick in consistancy as
you can see from my swatch below. The thick white cream is a mixture of caring, organic
ingredients including - Avocado Oil, Marigold Flower Oil, Carrot Seed Extract & Cedarwood
and Sweet Orange Essential Oils. These combined not only smell amazing with the sweet
orange being the dominant flavour, it feels incredibly good on your skin. The super fine grains
feel almost like sand, yet more ground down so it is extra gentle but still highly effective.

Toners are an absolute must have for my skin. I have oversized pores which annoy the crap out of
me and I have always found toners to work wonders at not only deeply cleansing the gunk out of
them but also do an exceptional job at tightening them up and shrinking them when used regularly.

Over the years as new brands and companies have released a broad array of toner types, many
have begun to learn toward the natural, organic and more natural route. This is one of the reasons
why I am so fond of Antipodes and this product especially because it is doing the job and doing it
gently, effectively and without stipping or damaging my skin in the long run.

It is no suprise this product has been a previous winner in Harper's Bazaar's Beauty Awards.
With ingredients including - Natural minerals found in 15,000 year old Walwera artesian water
found in New Zealand, (Wow, impressive!) Omega, Raspberry Seed Extract, Aloe Vera, Anti-
inflemmatory Marshmellow, (Yum!) Mamaku Black Fern, Bulgarian Rose Oil as well as the
juice from thousands of hand picked roses, this product has me hooked, line and sinker!

Usually I find spray toners to be a hugely refreshing pick me up in the Summer months when it
is super humid, however I have found this to also be the perfect wake up call in the mornings after
cleansing before moisturising to really wake up my face and ignite my scenses. It feels soothing,
refreshing, cool and really adds to lost moisture back into my skin.
