First up in the box is this PT grey sports towel. I was instantly drawn to this in the box as not only
 was it the largest item in the box, I was also curious to what it was inside the draw string storage bag!

I adore grey and neutral colours at the moment so that was an instant 'Like' by me. The micro fiber
material is that quick absorbing and quick drying kind which would be perfect to take to the gym,
yoga, running or any sport in general to keep you fresh and dry. This towel is huge by the way,
100 x 40cm in fact! I am surprised it fits into such a small bag! Very cool indeed.

I am beyond excited to try out these Amazing Magnesium 'Pain Relief' & 'Recovery' wipes!

My Top 5 Beauty SECRETS!

Sssshhhhh LOUDLY!

ONE! - Soak in Epson Salt!
Epson salts are sold by many brands these days and can still be purchased very cheaply from your
local supermarket or chemist. Epson salts are magnesium sulfate which looks just like large rock
salt you buy for cooking. However this powerful stuff when mixed with your warm bath water will
help draw out the toxins built up inside your body, relaxes your muscles and as it soaks into our skin
also produces more of our energy cells. This is also a winner to relieve cramping during that time of
the month!

Soaking your feet in a nice warm epsom salt bath is also a great way to relax tired and tense feet
which have been holding up your weight all day long or if they have been in high heels. The salts
are great for scrubbing away all that dry tough skin as well as reducing foul foot odour!

TWO! - Drench yourself in Bio Oil!
Bio Oil has got to be one of the best staple items you can own in my opinion. Like Epson Salts it has

I don't think many people really regard sunscreen as being much of a beauty product, however in my
experience it is one of the most powerful beauty products you can own!

Protecting your skin from the sun is serious. We should all know by now how dangerous sun baking

you be wanting to protect your skin from pre-mature ageing and painful sunburn. You should be slip
slop slapping to save your life from some very lethal and scarily common skin cancers.

There really is no excuse these days with so many great brands creating different kinds of SPF.
Don't like the greasy feel or the classic sunscreen scent? No problem! There are plenty of products
available these days which know these consumer pet hates and have catered their products 
accordingly.

FIVE! - Hydration Gives Life!
When it comes to appearing youthful and as good as you can for your age. I have found water and
keeping my body hydrated to play a gigantic part in this process. I am of course guilty of not always
drinking enough water each day and over the years I have learned to really notice and see the
difference this makes to how my skin appears. When I don't drink enough water my body is has
less energy, I can't think as sharp, my skin is dry and my face looks puffy, tired and old!

With water making up on average 70% of our whole bodies is makes perfect sense to keep those
 levels topped up for us to stay on top of health at all times. Whilst water does the majority of the 
work, some moisturising beauty products also play a key part in keeping the outside of our bodies 
looking youthful. In the long run hydrated skin is healthy skin which will hold it's elasticity and 
strength longer as we age which is prevalent to preventing our ageing skin from being prone to
 breaking open and bleeding easily from a simple bump or graze as I have seen in some of my close
loved ones as young as their mid 50's!

When it comes to haircare products, I mainly stick to the popular well known budget brands. This is
probably because I am on a mummy budget and luxuries like spending hours on end in hair salons
has long become a thing of the past.

Every now and again a different kind of brand comes along which is completely refreshing, new and
different. This modern brand with it's geometric shaped logo and simplistic packaging is all Aussie
and their website and social media give off that strong laid back, holiday beach vibe. Who doesn't
love that! Sounds relaxing right? I love the whole theme as my hair always needs relaxing and feels
beach dried! Since using this new product range over the past few months my hair looks as though
it has had a bit of a holiday pampering.

Now for the rest of me.... !



M a k e  Hydrated Shampoo

Hydration and moisturise are two words you'd see a lot of if you dare looked into my bathroom
cabinet. These are the kinds of specialities I lean toward when shopping up on hair products.

This slim 375ml bottle is packed full of natural wheat and silk proteins which work to deeply nourish
 hair and bring it back to life. The formula itself lathers up nicely without having to use a massive
amount which I tend to do usually if I find a product not lathering as then I don't feel as though it is
really washing all that oil off the top of my head!

Since using this with other nourishing products from the brand below, my hair is stronger, smoother,
softer, shinier and doesn't smell half bad either!

Now I am just dying to discover the conditioner from the range to complete my  M a k e  collection.


M a k e Sleek Cream

This Sleek Cream is a rich leave in protein treatment for stressed, worn out and split end hair.
With ingredients like Sage, Silk amino acids, Linden, Birch, Yarrow and Hydrolysed wheat protein

I like this kind of versatile product because I can use it whenever I want no matter if my hair is wet
or dry. No need to think about it, just whenever you feel your hair needs some extra TLC, is feeling
dry or sad you can just work a little bit of this through your hair or even just your ends any time of
the day. This will gives a quick long lasting shot of nourishing protein into your hair follicles
instantly making your hair feel smoother, moisturised and smelling fresh!


M a k e Salty Spray

Growing up on the beaches of FNQ, using this kind of product takes me back to days walking my
dogs along the beaches with crystal clear waters and sand between my toes. Living nowhere near a
beach now a days I really miss it when I think about it! Back then beach hair was my everyday
hairstyle. No product required!

Fast forward about 15 years and to achieve that same look and feel requires a little help from some
great smelling, texturising spray form hair liquid!

Just a few sprays of this throughout my hair and scrunching it through with my hands does the trick
in about one minute. To get even more volume and killer waves the trick is to bend over and throw all your hair over your head then spray the product through and scrunch whilst up-side-down.

Are you one of those people who or have you ever thought it is just too darn hot to even think about lathering on a moisturiser in the sweltering Summer heat? I used to be that girl. In my teens and early 
20's I lived in TFNQ and hardly ever even thought about moisturising my skin as the feeling after
applying was either suffocating or melty and gross. 

Fast forward ten years (give or take a few) and living in a slightly less humid climate and more aware
of just how imperative it is not to skip this vital skincare step, I now lather whatever I can get my 
hands on from head to toe religiously DAILY!

Including my face and that is where this lovely product comes in. :)

I have been using this tub of 30ml Moisture Jelly over the past couple of months and LOVING it!
Having previously used Indeed Labs Moisture Serum & Moisture Mask I am very familiar with the
brand now and know it is one I can count on and trust.

I don't suffer from dry skin, however I am more than aware of the fact that ageing skin often loses it's
high level of youthful moisture and can often become dry and age prematurely if not taken care of 
with a little help from products such a this one.

This stuff goes such a long way. Like I said, I have been using it for months and still have a fair way
to go to get through the jar. You only need a pea size amount of product to replenish the moisture 
levels on your skin on your face and neck. I use this both morning and night and began to really see
results after about a week and a half.

My skin appears more youthful, like a flower just bloomed. Well kinda, it just looks all pretty and
new, like I just crept back a few years and my cheeks are all plump and rosey all over again! 
Something like that...

My skin is fairly normal. It isn't sensitive, dry nor oily. It just... is. And this works great with it!
The product soaks right in quickly and leaves my skin feeling softer.
