~ Suigo Haircare ~

Suigo Vital Nutrition Intensive Hair Repair Treatment
When it comes to hair repair treatments I really just can't get enough. It is up there with one of my
favourite things to do when it comes to treating myself when I get the little bit of extra 'me time.'

This thick, white formula is lightly fragranced with a fresh and light fragrance which is lingering
with an air of perfume hours after using it. My hair has definitely benefited from it because I can
really feel the difference in how soft and smooth it is as well as seeing less breakage after using my
hair brush.

Suigo Vital Nutrition Shampoo
Even though I only had the opportunity to try out the Suigo Shampoo & Conditioner in the 30ml
sample size tubes, I was able to get three washes from each which I feel like is just enough to be able
to give my opinion on how they worked for me.

Again, the scent of these are light and quite refreshing as fragrance from them don't irritate my nose
as I breathe them in deeply during my shower. The formula was white and a good consistency which
was easy to use and not too runny. It lathered up well into my hair and gave it that satisfying clean
feeling. I feel like this product in conjunction with using both the Suigo Treatment and Conditioner
has helped make a positive difference in my hair's overall health.

Suigo Vital Nutrition Conditioner
If this wasn't labeled as a conditioner, I could easily mistake it for a hair treatment as the formula is
quite a bit thicker than my other conditioners on the rotation at the moment. To me, this is a good sign
as usually with this kind of product, the thicker the better when it comes to deeply nourishing my

I couldn't live without conditioning my hair as it does so many things. Smoothing, detangling,
moisturising and of course treating and repairing it. This does all of the above and on a higher end
of the scale in my opinion. Definitely worth the premium price tag if you hair is in need of some
serious love!

For more info about Suigo you can find them here. :)

~  BotanicES  ~
Environmentally Sustainable!
Natural Caffeine Skincare!

Body Creme 100ml
This generously sized 100ml body creme has been what I have been using everyday coming into
Spring with the weather warming up and more of my skin being exposed. (No more living in my
trusty old jeans!) It is important to me to have my skin well looked after and that means lathering
up on the moisturising to keep it not only looking it's best but actually being the best it can with a
little help from some natural skincare that actually works!

This stuff feels so soothing on the skin which probably explains why it can also be used as an after
sun skin soother! The creamy, almost skin toned formula doesn't take very long at all the soak into
my skin so I know it's working and not just sitting on the surface.

The scent to this is extremely subtle, most probably wouldn't even notice a smell even though it's
packed full of gorgeous beneficial ingredients for the skin which each smell uniquely lovely in their
own right including - Coffee Extract, Jojoba Oil & Coconut Oil.

The Coffee Extract works to energise and revitalise the appearance of the skin whilst also toning,
smoothing and hydrating the skin by up to 59%! Now that is impressive!
In conjunction to using the Body Creme, I have also adopted BotanicES's Face Creme into my
everyday skincare routine and this 15ml tube goes a long long way! You only need to use 1-2
pumps of this light formulation with each pump about the size of a small pea. I love that I am going
to get some good use out of such a small product. Very cool! :)

Contains - Coffee Extract, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Kakadu Plum Extract, Vitamin E, Shea Butter
& Licorice Root Extract. (You might expect the Licorice scent to be an overpowering force, however like the Body Creme, there is barely any scent at all!)

It has been a lovely indulgent pleasure to have been using this Face Creme over the past few weeks
and I don't plan on stopping any time soon!

Applying an eye creme really is such a vital a step in in every woman's skincare regime. Ever since I
began doing it I haven't stopped. I am not fussed so long as it works and this one definitely does!

Very similar to the Face Creme when it comes to the ingredients with this formulation also containing
Coffee Extract, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Licorice Root Extract, Shea Butter, Kakadu Plum Extract and
Vitamin E. This product actually appears completely different than the Face Creme. With just one
pump which gives you a small pea size amount this darker, slightly more translucent creme soothes
the eye area and feels very relaxing and over the past few weeks I can really see a difference in the
fine lines around my eyes. There are significantly less and the skin seems to be more toned and less
saggy. Nice!

Again virtually no scent and did I mention BotanicES is an Australian made & owned company that
doesn't test on animals?! Big plus there, plus let me list for you a whole bunch of other super
environmentally friendly benefits this company stands by which leaves me to wonder, why can't
every other company follow this one's perfectly brilliant example?

~  ANDREA  ~

....for the face!

+   G  I  V  E  A  W  A  Y  !  !

I was first introduced to this brand and in particular this product last year through blogging and
since then I have been using a range of products by Andrea which have simply and conveniently
taken care of all my hair removal needs ever since.
You can find my reviews here & here. :)

When it comes to facial hair, I have been fairly lucky so far in my life to not have too much noticeable dark hair visible on my face, apart from my eyebrows. (I won't be bleaching those babies!)
That's not to say they won't start appearing as I get older but for now mainly because I am always
taking photographs of my face and filming close ups on my Youtube channel I like to make sure
none of those little hairs look monstrous when zoomed in for my close ups!

That's where this product comes in handy. It is so quick and easy to use and best of all pain free as
there is no wax involved in tearing at my tender facial skin. All you need to do it mix the Gentle
Creme Bleach & Gentle Creme Activator together in the mixing cup provided as per instructions
and apply and leave on for up to 10 minutes, rinse and you're good to go! It's that easy!

In celebration of Spring and de-fuzzing the body after our Winter skin hibernation, I have kindly
been provided one of these super awesome products to giveaway to one of you lucky readers plus
two extra products from Andrea Hair Removal! How exciting is that?! :)

Sidney Design
 Maple & Rose Gold

I have never had a good track record when it comes to owning a watch. They always seem to stop
working, break, crack, chip or I just loose them! To begin with I have never really invested a whole
lot of money into owning a good quality watch so that could probably have something to do with my
'bad luck'.

I haven't worn a watch in years even though I have been wanting to purchase a good one to last me
hopefully the rest of my life, I just haven't gotten around to it. So as fate would have it I was recently
contacted to try a uniquely hand made and designed good quality piece that I can see myself wearing
till the day I die.

Introducing my new Wood Watch all the way from St. Louis USA, this rose gold beauty is made from
maple wood, sapphire crystal glass and features Swarovski crystals! Doesn't it look beautiful? I am a
tad obsessed with this at the moment! I have found the neutral earthy tones match all of my outfits

JORD offer a wide range of different designs and watch collections and this particular one I chose
from their Sidney series offers just about everything you could ever require on a watch face including
your regular second hand as well as a 24 hr hand which is the circle on the right. Then there is the
chronograph minute hand to the left and lastly the chronograph second hand to the lower middle.

This watch was made to fit my small wrist, however I was still generously sent a few extra links just
in case. Links can be simply removed or added to as you please to ensure the watch fits perfectly.

These pictures below demonstrate how easily the watch clasp clicks open and closed neatly for you to
wear. This watch is super comfy and the wood is so smooth to the touch!

I have been styling this beauty with my perfectly matching rose gold semi skinny cuff from Lumiere
Jewellers which I am also completely obsessed with! Now I can wear them both together and they
look like sisters. :)

The three crowns neatly placed on the side of the watch like most watches work in setting the time
and date on the face of the watch. The middle unscrews counter clockwise for the general time and
the two to the sides set the other three. It was a bit confusing to me at first, however rest assured you
receive a very detailed instruction card inside your wooden box with your watch with everything you
need to know about how to get your watch set just how you want it.

JORD Wood Watches offer FREE SHIPPING world wide and offer a one year warranty on all their

Epsom Bath Salts

Patchouli, Lemongrass, Calendaula & Zeolite Clay

Whenever I get the chance, there is nothing (much) more I love to indulge in than a nice hot relaxing
quiet bath. Alone time, it is an extremely rare treat and one that I savour!

Lately, each time I have had the chance (even in the middle of the day - Do I think bath time is just
for before bed? No! For me it's whenever I can get it! Before lunch? I'm cool with that! Light a
candle and let's get started...!

Let me introduce you to a new to me Aussie owned brand and 100% natural Australian made product
which has been my best friend during my last handful of baths and I love it so much I just had to
share it with you all, because ahh, it is just sooo nice!

Harvest Garden Epsom Bath Salts - $20.00 (1kg)

Not only does this product look super homey and stylish in my bathroom in it's super clever
re-useable glass jar, the contents it contains is just gorgeous! To start with the scent sends me straight
off into a completely relaxed state and as I use the handy wooden scoop to sprinkle this blend of Sea
Salt, Epsom Salts, Dried Calendula Flowers, Zeolite Clay, Lemongrass & Patchouli Essential Oils
into my bath I am completely in my own little world and ready to dive in!

I have used plain Epsom Salts in my bath before after hearing of their detoxing, relaxing and
exfoliating benefits. However, what makes this blend even better is the added benefits of each unique
ingredient and how it helps our bodies with stress relief, healing of the skin, scars, stretch marks,
brusing, irritations, stings, poor circulation + more!

Harvest Garden provide a wide range of all natural products which can be purchased directly from
their website, or from a wide range of locations Australia wide. For a full location list to find one near

I have always had a lot of naturally thick hair. I had never much thought about getting extensions as
I never thought I really needed them. However recently I was given the opportunity to try some top
quality Royal Remy human hair from Irresistible Me and thought why not?

I am honestly so impressed and glad I gave these a go because just look at the difference it has not only
made to how my hair looks, but my overall appearance as well. My hair appears longer, blonder,
definitely thicker and therefore I believe it looks a whole lot healthier!

          Before                                                                       After

I chose the Royal Remy which is available in a wide range of colours in the shade 'Golden Blonde'
which luckily matched my current blend of my natural hair colour plus the highlights really well!
(My actual hair looks more orange in this pic but it doesn't look this bad in real life. Can someone
recommend me a really good purple shampoo? I obviously need one! Thanks in advance!)

Irresistible Me Hair extensions begin from as short as 14 inches and go right up to 24 inches which is
what I am showing you here. The 24 inch are actually almost exactly the same length as what my hair is
however once I clipped all 10 pieces in at difference heights throughout my head, it ended up giving me
more length and now I want that length ALL the time!! Love it!

The 24 inch I have here weigh 200g and you do feel that whilst you have them all clipped in. However
it doesn't feel uncomfortable at all and as you go throughout your day you kind of just forget about it
and I ended up not even noticing it. So in saying that the extensions do feel really comfortable in your
hair. They don't get tangled nor do the clips get stuck in your hair. They are really easy to use and clip
in and out with ease. These are no cheap extensions, the hair is so carefully stitched together so you
loose very little of it when carefully brushing it through your own hair.

Irresistable Me Hair do ship internationally and for orders over $150 they ship your order free!
You can also get a very generous 10% off your first order if you use the code GET10OFF

To see how these extensions actually look in my hair in real life, be sure to watch my first impressions
video review below! :)

BB Cream and Concealer in Medium
This handy 2 in 1 product is so convenient to have in your makeup bag because it doesn't take up as
much room as two products PLUS is contains a sneaky little mirror inside the cap which also saves you
even more room because you're not also having to carry around a compact mirror. So really this is kind
of a 3 in 1 product!

When I received this in the shade Medium I was a little worried because usually in almost all kinds of
makeup products I always go for light or close to that. However when I swatched this and then blended
it into my hand it didn't appear as dark as I had imagined it would be so relief set in. Once applied to my
face it was actually a pretty close to perfect colour match! The BB Cream which is the bulk of the
product which is contained in the tube goes a long (and I mean looong) way! You only need smaller
than a pea size amount of product to cover your whole face which gives you a light coverage with all
of the benefits of a BB Cream. (Moisturising, skin perfecting, priming, smoothing, concealing and

The concealer which is ironically concealed in the product's cap is there handy and ready to use so you
don't have to go digging through your makeup bag to find it. This concealer is super thick but blends
easily and does a pretty good job at hiding any spots or redness. Similar to the BB Cream, initially it
appears a bit orange when first applied but don't worry once it is all blended in it looks just like your
skin colour. Or it did for me at least, phew! :)

Available in Fair, Medium & Medium Deep
RRP: $12.95

Eye Brightener Pen
This is the first eye brightening pen I have ever used. I have used under eye concealers in the past and
most have worked great, however I am in love with the illuminating effect this particular product gives.
I often have late nights as a mum of two toddles, plus working on my blog and Youtube channel and it
doesn't stop there! My husband and I also run our own business so things are always super busy and we
are always staying up late working together to make sure things get done. Needless to say I don't always
look bright and wide eyed in the morning or during the day for that matter and I'm not ashamed to admit
I need a bit of help and products like this one make an amazing difference!

Same as the BB Cream, a little goes a super long way with this Corrector Pen!  RRP: $9.95

I am lucky that my eyes don't get too dark underneath them, however you can tell when I haven't had
enough sleep and since using this pen it really does conceal the slight purple tint and when used on
the lid of my eyes it also hides any veins showing through the thin skin on that delicate area.
Another great trick is to use a tiny spot of this blended on the inner corner of your eyes to really help to
open them up so they appear slightly larger. This is a step which helps me out a lot as my eyes are not
naturally as large as I would like.

High Definition Finishing Powder
I have to admit I have been pretty hopeless when it comes to finishing powders and makeup setting
products in the past. I just haven't been bothered to use them. Boy have I been missing out!

RRP: $9.95

Designed to create camera ready skin, I only wish I'd started using this years ago when I first began
making Youtube videos and continued through until now as you really can see the difference it makes
to your skin. It completely soaks up any oiliness without looking like I have dry skin. The formulation
doesn't cake or set into your creases or pores, it just makes everything look smoother and even so the
best version of you can really shine through. I LOVE this stuff!

I was born with naturally super white skin, however I do have photos of myself quite young and
being super tanned from always being out in the sun. Back in the 80's when sun protection wasn't such
a big deal as it is now. So in saying that, I have always had skin which tanned easily and quickly and
rarely burned. However I am a firm lover, supporter and believer in a good old fake bake and lately I
have been testing out some newbies which help to enhance your tan making it last longer whilst also
keeping your skin nice and moisturised, reduces the signs of ageing AND they're Aussie made and
owned as well as Australian Certified Organic! Sold! :)

Mini 30ml bottles also available to try for $9.99 each!

Sun Tanning Enhancer Carrot & Henna Oil
I always apply sunscreen whenever I am outside in the sun, especially on days when I'm at the beach,
pool or just outside in my backyard playing with my kids. Sun protection is imperative to both mine and
my families health in the unforgiving QLD sun. So the fact this product is designed to apply with sun-
screen is genius! So I can apply both and not have to worry.

The oil enhances my skin's natural tan without me having to risk over doing it in the sun. This product is
packed full of a very impressive amount of over 600 antioxidants which work hard to slow down and
help prevent ageing. I am very aware of the fact the sun is one of the biggest contributors to pre-mature
ageing skin. I have seen it and I don't want to risk that, it just isn't worth it when it is so easy to fake it
all the way!

This product also smells amazing and contains Ylang Ylang, Bees Wax, Almond Oil, Carrot Oil,
Sunflower Oil & Henna Extract. It is so deliciously scented, it keeps me smelling awesome all day!
RRP: $34.99 (150ml)

Sun Tanning Enhancer Carrot & Hanna Lotion
This product is almost identical to the Sun Tanning Enhancer Oil, however it is in lotion form rather
than oil. It is also designed to enhance and prolong your tan when used in conjunction with your
regular everyday SPF. It also does a top job at keeping your skin super moisturised in the process.

Also contains Ylang Ylang, Bees Wax, Almond Oil, Carrot Oil, Sunflower Oil & Henna Extract.
It is impossible to choose which product I prefer as they are both lovely and work as well as each other.
However, if I had to choose, I would have to pick the lotion, and that is just my personal preference over
using an oil as I find lotions generally easier to apply.

The formula of this was a surprise as I was expecting more of a white or tan coloured cream. However
the jelly like orange lotion actually feels pretty much the same as your typical cream or white coloured
kind and applies the same way. It absorbs really well and you can feel how soft and moisturised your skin feels afterwards.
RRP: $34.99 (100ml)

Carol's Beauty products can be purchased online directly through their website or from selected
locations Australia wide. For a full list of locations please click here.

Uh, excuse me August? Where did you just go?! This past month has seriously flown by in what feels
like a day! As you can see if you look to the side at how many posts I put up in August, I missed my
usual target of 10 and only managed 6. However I have been concentrating a lot more on my Youtube
channel and trying to put more videos up over there. But other than that, it has just been a super busy
month in my life away from blogging in general. Who knew bloggers actually have a life outside of
blogging right? lol You'd be surprised! Anyway, let's get into my favourite blog post of the month -

Full Size

Tresemme Split Remedy Shampoo
I have purchase and used this multiple times and always enjoy it. I used to have quite bad split ends
and now I don't. I thank it partially to this hair range. (Review!) (Buy!)

Dove Go Fresh Face Cleanser
This is classic to Dove at being super moisturising and gentle on the skin. It smells like cucumber
and I just love it for when my skin if feeling extra dry. (Review!) (Buy!)

Lush So White Shower Gel
I purchased this the same time I bought Snow Fairy and this one would have to be my favourite of
the two. Smells gorgeous and I can't get enough of the beautiful glittering snow like shimmer in it!
(Lush Haul!)

SugarBaby Bomb Shell Satin Body Souffle
Had this stuff in the back of my beauty cupboard for forever and finally dug it out to use it up.
It is suuuuuuper shimmery, but it so very pretty and smells great!

Avon Naturals Frangipani Hand Gel
I just don't get this hand gel. It smelt nothing like frangipani, the scent was quite potent actually
and the consistency was a clear runny gel like a hand sanitiser. Weird.

Designer Brands 'Delicate' Lashes
Loved these! Got a few used out of them by taking the time to carefully clean and store them back
in the box after each use. A tedious task that I got over and decided to chuck them and more on to
another set!

Clever White Dissolving Whitening Strips
As mentioned in a few of my previous empties, I had high hopes for these, but just can't get into
them. They feel gluggy as they dissolve in your mouth and I haven't really noticed a difference in my
teeth shade. :(

Estee Lauder NightWear Plus Night Detox Creme (Buy!)
Whoo Ja Saeng Essence
Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam
Sum Secret Programming Essence
L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil Nourishing Masque (Buy!)
Garnier Fructis Full & Luscious Shampoo & Conditioner (Buy!)

L'Oreal Paris Revitalift  Day Cream (Buy!)
Did anyone else take this 14 day challenge? I really enjoyed this day cream. It did feel a little heavy
and smelt like sunscreen. However that didn't bother me and I'm pretty sure I can see the results as
my crows feet around my eyes are less prominent. Woo!

So as I warned you all in my last few empties, my stash is getting smaller and smaller as I use
up more half empty products and move onto the full ones, this past month is quite small in
comparison. Since I feel like I barely saw a day in August, I don't know how I even managed to get
through this amount of products to be honest. Just went by so fast!

Happy Spring by the way!
My baby son turns 2 this month so I am excited and looking forward to celebrating that!

~  VEET  ~

Over the years I think I must have tried just about every single kind of hair removal method out there,
from shaving, waxing, desolving creams, epilady's and I even tried laser once! However after years of
waxing due to getting fed up with suffering from constant irritable itching and rash from shaving I
eventually got sick of always having unsightly bushy legs all the time (minus the week or two after
waxing) and them spending the next 4-6 weeks trying to hide my legs away whilst the hair grew back
ready for the next round of waxing. Over the past few months with my legs being hidden away in
mostly jeans and leggings, shaving has been a pretty pointless task so needless to say my legs were
more than ready to try out this baby ready for Spring!

Honestly, this isn't the first time I have tried this Veet EasyWax Kit. I first reviewed it about three
years ago and it you're interested, you can catch my review here. But I just haven't been using it as
often as I probably should. Being quite time poor, I have been lazy and going for the quick and easy
razor route. However I do eventually want to become naturally hair free on my legs and waxing is
definitely the way to go to achieve this over shaving! So now I am committing myself to keep at this
because it really doesn't take that long to do and I am so used to the pain of the hair being ripped out,
I barely notice it anymore. I don't really have a good enough excuse so I am going to stick with this
as it is really fun to use, isn't messy like most hot waxes and really affordable as well. You just can't
go wrong with this kit!

The handheld device has pink grip on the sides for ease of use and the long cord makes it really convenient to use. It does take approximately 20 minutes for the wax cartridge to heat up inside
which I don't mind as I can always find some kind of other beauty maintenance to do whilst I wait.
(i.e. - eyebrow plucking, face mask, pedicure, etc!)

What is so great about this kit is you only have to purchase it once! The wax cartridges and unwoven
wax strips you can simply re-purchase once you run out and they won't cost you an arm and a leg
either! It's just like you very own salon wax in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The
results are second to none as well! (Makes me feel like a bit of a pro as well which is pretty ego
boosting as I am definitely no pro waxer! - Legs are as far as I'll go. Had a Brazilian done at a salon
once and O.M.G. what on earth was I thinking?! Hurt like an absolute bitch!)

Veet EasyWax Replacement Wax Cartridge - RRP: $14.99 (Buy!)

I should also mention the kit also comes with 4 individually wrapped after wax soothing wipes. These
moist wipes feel so good being gently wiped over my super sensitive slightly numb skin. I found they
also calm down the appearance of redness and red spots initially after waxing. It also really easily
removes any left over wax residue on the skin. However I found very little after using this kit.

x12 Unwoven Wax Strips - Replacement Pack RRP: $7.99 (Buy!)

This Veet EasyWax Electrical Roll On Kit is available to purchase from many Australian retailers including - Coles, Chemist Warehouse, Priceline + more for a current RRP of $39.99. (Buy!)
