NEW FROM RIMMEL

NEW!
FROM RIMMEL LONDON!

This clever little trio will save you so much space in your everyday makeup bag!
Instead of lugging three different products around, this 3 in 1 has it all together conveniently
right here housed in this gorgeous gold trimmed plastic case.

From top to bottom, it starts with a lovely champagne highlighter to brighten the skin where the light
would naturally hit like the cheekbones, brow bone, across the top of the nose and I also like to use
on the inner corners of my eyes to really open them up and this gives the illusion of larger eyes and a
more awake appearance.

In the centre is the contour/bronzing shade of a medium chocolate brown. I have found all of these
shades great in terms of pigmentation. There aren't over the top making you look like a clown but
give just enough colour to make them easy to blend and also look natural on the skin whilst bringing
out your natural best! The bronzer is great for really giving some definition to your overall face and
slimming down any areas of concern.

Last but certainly not least is the universally loved coral peachy pink toned blush perfect for everyday
wear and when built upon can then take you into the night with a natural looking healthy flushed
appearance. This is best used on the apples of your cheeks. I like to use this between where I have
highlighted and contoured.

This new makeup must have is very affordable at just RRP $16.95 and can be found at Priceline,
Big W, K-Mart, Woolworths, Coles, Target and selected pharmacies.

This is an interesting, unique product I have not come across before now, but I think the idea is
very clever! Designed to wear either under or over lipstick to keep lips conditioned and prevent
drying. Especially great if you're into matte as these are often the most drying.

You can see more from the Kate Moss collection here. :)

With Winter nearing and the weather starting to chill, I have noticed my lips becoming more dry
especially in the wind we have been having lately! This has been great just to wear on it's own as
you would a lip balm when I am at home out in the yard with my kids. Being housed in the very
pretty white lipstick case with bubblegum pink swirly font, it feels a bit more fancy than just
your regular clear balm.

You can pick this one up right now at your local Priceline, Woolies, Coles, Target, K-Mart, Big W
and selected pharmacies for a reasonable RRP $9.95.

This radiant skin perfecting skin tint is lightly fragranced and provides light coverage over my mid
30's 'normal' skin. The light/medium shade is the perfect match to my light olive skin which is neither
oily nor dry. This product does include an SPF factor of 15 which works well for me for casual daily
wear. Also available in Medium/Dark for 30ml at RRP $13.95 at Priceline, Target, Coles, Big W,
K-Mart, Woolworths and selected pharmacies.

I enjoy wearing this on it's own, much as I would a tinted moisturiser or BB/CC cream for a more
natural day time look. If you enjoy light coverage over a heavy full face foundation or prefer to keep
it simple on weekends then this is the product for you. I feel like this would also perfectly suit those
just getting into makeup or don't like to wear makeup, however may need to for an event or such as
the result it gives is so natural whilst still smoothing out the skin and giving it a beautiful glow.

RIMMEL LONDON

~  RIMMEL LONDON  ~

BB Cream Radiance & Lasting Finish Powder Foundation

Review!

I don't think I will ever tired of trying out new foundations, powders or BB creams trying to perfect
my base to it's best flawless finish. Recently I have been trying out these two newbies and I am
loving the combo for everyday wear.

Rimmel London BB Radiance available in Very Light, Light & Medium.
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Powder Foundation available in Light Porcelain, Soft Beige,
Silky Beige & Warm Honey.

Rimmel London Radiance BB Cream in 'Light'

I probably have about ten to fifteen different brands of BB Creams in my collection so obviously
I have had my fair share of experience with them and this Rimmel London Radiance BB Cream
really does make my skin radiant! Considering that it is nine in one is pretty impressive to me.

Those nine being -
Priming
Concealing
Smoothing
Minimises Pores
Natural Coverage
Radiant Finish
Brightening
Awakens Skin
Moisturising

This dermatologist tester super cream contains Vitamin C which is the main powerful ingredient
which aids in all of the above particually brightening and awakening the skin. I notice an instant
quite dramatic difference in the appearance of my skin when I apply this in the morning. It looks
like my skin instantly perfected, like a mini face lift in my bathroom! :)

As you can see from the swatches below the shade I have been using in light is a perfect match for
my skin tone. I would recommend the 'Very Light' shade for very light/fair skin and 'Medium' for
warmer, sun kissed tones.

You only require a pea size amound of product which seems to just blend right into the skin leaving
a very natural ironed out result. It doesn't feel greasy, nor does it cake up or flake throughout the day,
but stays looking like I am not wearing make-up at all. I love that it's like my secret to looking and
and staying awake and fresh all day.

Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25hr Powder Foundation in 'Soft Beige'

What I find interesting and unique about this product is that is can be applied either as a dry finishing
powder over your regular foundation or BB cream or as a buildable full coverage foundation when
applied wet. I like having these two options to choose from when doing my make-up so I can rely on
this one product to get me though whatever the occasion may be.

The swatch below shows the powder when dry. It is a compact powder which is smooth and very
light on the skin, yet still gives a decent amount of coverage. When applied wet however, this
gives much more of a flawless result whilst still retaining it's natural finish.

The compact itself if housed in a plastic red firmly sealed curved square complete with clear lid,
mirror and applicator sponge stored underneith the product. I personally LOVE products which
house inbuild mirrors as I am forever applying my make-up on the go and nine times out of ten
you can bet I either have forgotten my mirror or do not have access to one and have to free hand
it hoping for the best! Yes, scary!! So thank you Rimmel London make-up packaging designers,
you have met this woman's needs!

NANOSELFIE

~  #NANOSELFIE CHALLENGE  ~

FEATURING INDEED LABS

NANOBLUR
HYDRALURON MOISTURE BOOSTING MASK!

Have you ever wondered how some people seem to always take the most perfect selfies?
A tiny percentage are blessed to be naturally striking and flawless and 99.9% photogenic, the
rest of us... well with a bit of tech help using filters, airbrushing as well as make-up most the rest of
us can look pretty awesome too! However I was recently challenged to take the Indeed Laboratories
#nonoselfie challenge with a little skin prep from their incredibly hydrating Moisture Boosting Mask.
Using my Nanoblur underneith my make-up makes one hell of a difference let me tell you!

Indeed Laboratories have produced a groundbreaking range of skincare products that will definitely
impress you. Including these two which work great to compliment each other giving you the best
results, they also stock - Fillume, Eysilix, Retinol Face, Pepta-Bright, Snoxin & my personal fav,

To find out more about the Indeed Labs range you can check out my full review of 3 of my favs
right here as well are a more indepth look at the Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask pictured
above here. :)

To help create perfect #nonoselfie skin after letting the Moisture Boosting Mask sit for a good 15
minutes I then massage about a pea size amount of Nanoblur into my skin. My main selfie pet peeves
include my large pores, wrinkles around my eyes as well as the one across my forehead where they are more apparent. As you can see below, Nonoblur works a treat at making my worry lines fade away and my pores much less noticable.
I love that this product takes away all of my selfie insecurities and just leaves my skin looking
the best version of itself letting the other features on my face shine.

My skin often becomes a bit oily by the end of the day. I love that this keeps the oil under
control and keeps my skin looking matte and fresh.

Even though I prefer to use Nonoblur as a (highly effective) primer you can actually use this pretty much anyway you like. Under, over or even mixed in with your foundation or moisturiser.
Any which way you choose to apply it, it will still give you the same airbrushed appearing results!

BRONZE BOOSTER

I was one of a lucky group of 20 to recently win one of these absolutely beautiful Physicians Formula

Thank you so much Karina!! :)

This product gives itself 4 ticks of approval for being;

Stain Free
Streak Free
Orange Free
Odor Free

Completely essential when using any bronzer!
It also isn't really dry or powdery, so you literally get no fall out at all.

In this picture below you can see how I have just lightly swatched the intricate detail of the
sun embossed powder. It is hard to deny how incredibly beautiful the tone and shade of
this is and you can only imagine how lovely this would look brushed onto your cheek bones,
décolletage, shoulders or even used as a summer shadow on your eyelids.

To touch briefly on the packaging. I don't feel like I really need to point out how elegant and
classy it is. Not to mention cleverly functional as it has an inbuilt compact mirror and applicator
brush inside to make life easier. This is especially ideal when travelling or on the run so no need to
worry about finding or packing mirrors and brushes. It's all here in one place!

This bronzing powder can be used for tanning, contouring and highlighting.
It has a subtle shimmer to it, however the results appear natural and sun kissed.
