Step #1
Separate your hair into two even sections

Step #2
Pick whichever side you'd like your finished bun to be and
begin the twist the hair on that side

Step #3
Keep twisting until the hair begins to
wrap around itself creating it's own bun

Step #4
Take your first Pin Twirl and starting from the top
of your bun, begin gently twisting the twirl in a
circular motion until it is completely inserted
into the hair holding it in place

Step #5
Take your remaining section of leftover hair
and twist the hair as you did in Step #2

Step #6
Wrap the twisted hair around the top of your side bun
and secure it in place with your remaining
Pin Twirl
Secure any stray hairs with bobby pins

All done! :)

  1. I've been wondering if these are any good! I have one of their bun/donut kits.. it looks too big on my head or something so I never use it lol.
I've been a messy bun fan all summer and am still stuck in that mode.. cooler weather means I'll be wearing my long hair down more :)

    1. I know what you mean. I was scared of the big bun kit at first as well, but now I actually love it. Have you seen my older blog how to post of it? Here's the link in case you're interested. :)

I like to wear my hair out more in the cooler weather as well, although my 7 month old does like to pull at it, so it's usually safer just to have it out of the way! haha! x

    1. Thank you! <3 Don't worry, I get into hair ruts way too often as well! I try to be mindful to be a bit creative every now and then. :)
