50% OFF HAIR

PRICELINE 50% OFF HAIR SALE!

17 - 18 AUGUST!

http://www.priceline.com.au
- - -

Priceline is at it again with one of their quick 2 day sales and this time it's all about hair.
Time to stock up on all of your haircare products, hair brushes and hair accessories!

I feel like I blog and make videos quite a bit to do with hair accessories, hair styles and hair tools
so here I am with what I would recommend picking up at the sale if you're keen to tell Priceline to
"JUST SHUT UP & TAKE MY MONEY!"

I have been using this on and off between this and my Evoke straightener over the past couple of
months trying to work out which I prefer. At the moment this one in winning the battle! It just seems
to make my hair that little bit more straight and smooth faster. It is a little bit fiddly with the whole
steam function where you have the option of putting water into it to add the steam factor, but it seems
worth while and it's just a bit fun as well. Watch my how to use/review video here!

L'Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Oil-in-Cream
Ever since discovering the first classic iconic L'Oreal Extraordinary Oil a few years ago (Watch full
review video here!) when it comes to using hair oils in my hair I have never looked back! Hair oils
I find just work that much better, especially for dry and damaged hair like my own.
This product is made up of a mix of six different flower oils making the scent and thus your hair
smelling ah-maaazing! Can be used on both wet or dry hair to tame frizz, smooth and nourish
hair deeply improving it's condition more and more with continued use.

This has been my go-to for everyday and lazy days to just throw my hair up and out of my face and
out of the way! During Summer this was especially my best friend, giving me an effortless style and
relaxed look without being too scruffy. Think more elegant, soft ballerina messy bun. To get the look
be sure to watch my hair tutorial video right here for how to get the look!

L'Oreal Paris Elvive Smooth Intense Heat Protect Cream
I have been pretty slack over the past few years and when I ran out of my old heat protectant spray I
just never got around to purchasing a new one. Boy has my hair paid the price for my negligence!
Luckily I was gifted this product at a recent blogger event and have been using it religiously every
time I straighten and blow dry my hair! Not only does this do the obvious in protecting your hair
from heat up to 230 degrees. It also helps to smooth your hair and keeping it that way for longer.
I can definitely see a huge difference since using this, I am now kicking my butt for not using this
sooner!

Having slowly made the tricky transition from deep dark brunette to medium/light blonde over the
past year or so I have tried quite a few different tone correcting products which promise to strip the
brassy and horrible yellow tones. I picked up this duo in a recent Beautorium event over on the
website Beautyheaven and am so glad that I did! These are by FAR the BEST blonde toning
products I have ever used! I can see a difference after just one wash! If you want to maintain your
best blonde then I highly recommend picking these up in the sale. I'm going to!

Since I have almost used up my bottle of the Fudge shampoo mentioned above, I have to again give
thanks to Beautyheaven for giving me the opportunity to try something new to maintain my best
blonde possible with this product by ProVoke. So far so good! I really REALLY need to do my roots
though! (If you have seen some of my recent videos you would probably have noticed!) I have used
this a couple of times already and the results have been just as good as the Fudge. I will be DIY-ing
my roots sometime over the next few days so I will see how it goes on freshly bleached hair.

L'Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Leave In Treatment
Of course all hair needs a little extra TLC from time to time, especially when you are constantly
using heat and product after product on it on a daily basis. My hair has become quite dry from the
lightening so I have been using a lot of hair oils and treatments to pack the moisture and nourishment
back in. I have been using this Extraordinary Oil Treatment 1-2 times per week over the past six
weeks and can definitely notice the change!

Using this in my shower along with the L'Oreal product mentioned above is this 3 Minute Miracle
treatment. Again I used this 1-2 times per week and have been using it for a few months now.
The overall look and feel of my hair has really changed for the better. My hair is almost back it it's
old pre-lightened healthy self because of this. It is not just a pretty bottle, it is also pretty, no - really,
really good!

L'Oreal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Cica Cream
This product is great because it can be used on either wet or dry hair which means I never have to
think about it when I go to apply it. I love that because, well who really has time for that?
This is great to repairing the hair's damage like split ends and breakage. It also protects the hair from
the everyday elements. Don't be fooled by the plain white cream, it is packed full of something called
Cicamide which can instantly soak into each hair strand giving you immediate results!

Goodie Bag!

(Gift with purchase over $60+!)

http://www.priceline.com.au

This has got to be in my opinion one of the best GWP offers I have seen from Priceline or anywhere
else for that matter for quite some time. Usually, even though I would love to buy every single goodie
bag which comes along, I am pretty good at controling myself and keeping my spending habits under
control. I am after all on a strict culling with my Project Pan trying to de-clutter the masses which
have completely taken over every inch of space in my bathroom. Oops!

However, when I saw this GWP advertised I was instantly drawn to the baby pink make-up bag with
the super cute, adorable white & gold bow! Completely and utterly my taste and I knew I simply
could not resist this time. Dammit, I have been SO good, I deserve this treat!

So with Mother's Day just gone, on the lead up I made it clear what I wanted to be gifted. ;)
My hubby was very clever in convincing me he couldn't get it saying he went to Priceline and they
were all sold out. Trying not to get my hopes up I tried not to think too much about it as he had come
home with a beautiful bunch of Tulips (my fav flower) instead.
So I was happy with that. Who doesn't love been given fresh flowers?!

Then Mother's Day morning came and with the four of us in bed (we have a almost 4yr & almost 2yr
old) I was given a massive, stunninly wrapped in pink with silver butterfy tissue paper and clear celo
complete with 2 balloons. One saying 'Happy Mother's Day' the other a bright pink star and two
cards. One from the hubby and one written by my eldest, from her and my youngest. Too cute!

Anyway, needless so say I was so surprised and overwhelmed as this busy SAHM does not get to be
spoilt like this often. So I was very grateful!

On with the goodies!!!

Apparently hubby thinks I have a nail polish obsession or something. Whatever could have given him
that idea? Could be the 1756384,85400 bottles I have which I have absolutely not need/room for?
Thanks for not understanding but loving me enough to buy me 10 bottles more anyway! lol

Once he thought he had stocked up on enough nail polish to last me the century, he told me he didn't
want to just get me nail polish but was lost on what else to get. So the sales assistant at Priceline
lead him over to the Natio stand and recommended these two items.
Natio Mineral Eyeshadow Trio in 'Illuminate' (Buy!) & Natio Heavenly Eyes Mineral Eyeshadow in 'Jade Diva' (Buy!)

Overall, I am so happy with everything, however if I am honest I would have picked out completely
different items for the qualifing $60 spend, but who cares, I love everything and it was so sweet of
him to go shopping by himself in Priceline with no shame and purchase a basket full of cosmetics for
me! (Love him!)

SWAROVSKI

Luxe Gifts For Her...!

In case you didn't know, I have the most amazing husband in the world who knows how much
I adore the Swarovski brand. So after my regular must have look in their store and drooling for a bit
I was off to do some damage at a few other stores I was eager to get to and could actually spend
money at! So being a typical guy, it didn't surprise me when he told me to go ahead and that he
would catch up with me soon. Bless him, taking the kiddly winks and giving me some much
needed alone time to shop! (By the way, this is a very rare occurrence!)

Upon meeting up again of course he was all casual and said nothing as my jaw hit the floor
when I saw the navy blue and shiny silver Swarovski bag hanging so calmly off the pram!

Far out, this man knows how to score mega points!
Merry Christmas to me!

Baron Earrings
RRP: $219.00

Baron Bracelet
RRP: $349.00

The Barron Collection also contains an amazing necklace, however to avoid being too
OTT, these two (well actually 3 pieces as there are two earrings and one bracelet but
let's not get all techie here!) pieces will do me just fine! :)

LUSH HAUL

~ L U S H   H A U L ~

So White & Snow Fairy Shower Gels
RRP: $16.95  (250g each)
So I'll begin with Snow Fairy which I have been wanting even since it came out last year!
(Bit slow to jump on the band wagon aren't I?!) It perfectly matches my fairy obsession so I knew
I just had to have it! And then I went into Lush and smelt it..... it isn't exactly my cup of tea.
I mean I am usually the first one there when something smells sickly sweet, I love that, but this
takes the cake to the extreme, meaning it is sickly sweet and then some!! It is a bit OTT, buuut
I still couldn't help myself because they have marketed it too well. It looks adorable and contains
shimmer in it, plus it's pink! I figure if I use it sparingly I shouldn't gag or vomit in the shower.

As for So White, ahh now this, THIS is what I'm talking about! Again shimmer, because it is
Christmas after all and who needs an excuse to look all festive and shiny anyway?! I love shimmer
and the smell of this is a lot kinder to the nose. Apple and rose scented, what a fab combo! Cannot
wait to try this!

Bubblegum Lip Scrub
RRP: $9.95  (25g)
I am sure just about everybody on the planet has tried this and it has been on my wish list for
forever! I used up a sample of this I was lucky enough to score what feels like a billion years ago,
so even since I ran that dry I have had major withdrawals and my lips have been really
 mad at me!

So glad to have a full size jar of this in my life now and if I ever feel the desperate need for a snack
whilst I'm out and about I always have this! (Just kidding...maybe!) ;)

Star Light Star Bright Bath Melt
RRP: $6.95 (40g)
This is seriously too pretty! The amatour photo I have taken doesn't even do it justice!
Only problem is it is a melt and it's so soft and the silver glitter/shimmer just wants to get off onto
everything it touches! Even as I picked this up as lightly and gently as I could with two fingers to
take this picture, my fingers ended up looking like the Tin Man's. >_<

Smells zesty and citrusy and I just love silver, so I cannot wait to use this and turn into a fairy
in my bath tub! Merry Christmas me! Yay! :D

Sunny Side Bubble Bar (100g)
RRP: $8.50 (100g)
Unfortunetly this gold glitter flecks on this bubble bar also glue to your fingers, but OMG,
just look at it! I almost want to eat it is so gorgeous! This is also apparently citrus scented, although
I seem to get a waff of what I think is lavender when I smell it and it doesn't smell anything like
the Star Light Star Bright Melt above.

I am torn between wasting this on one amazing, expansive bath or saving it for envious decor
in my bathroom (or elsewhere somewhere in the house - out of reach from my climbing toddlers!)

Decisions, such touch decisions! I think Santa will just have to bring me a few more back ups so
I don't have to choose! *hint* *hint* Santa, are you reading this? Take note please! ;)

Northern Lights Bath Bomb
RRP: $5.50 (150g)
I first head about this little beauty from watching another beauty guru on YT and thought it was
the most amazing thing in the world so I knew I had to have it! Plus is has stars in it!!!
If you Google this you will see some friggin' beautiful bath tubs with others who have used this!

The two sides at the ends are meant to fizz away first and then the centre slowly dissolves into
a blue and green swirl creating a rainbow of colourful and great smelling fizz to your bath time
experience!

Can't wait!

Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub
(Bonus Sample!)
This smells pretty good actually! I love scrubs and the consistency of this seems
pretty good, not too weak. Might get a few uses out of this and I love the blue, nice!

What do you love from Lush?
